Is Nikon Offering Worldwide Warranty Or Not?

I've been asking my self all the time if I should buy my digital camera here while I am in Asia or just wait until I go to Europe and buy my new digital camera there. My concern is about the warranty. I plan to move back to Europe in the next coming year.

What will happen if I need to get service for my camera that I buy in Asia. Do they have worldwide warranty?

I read on their website Nikon Asia Pasific that the warranty that they offer for their digital camera can be used in the country where we buy the camera. But the lenses and film products from Nikon has worldwide warranty for one year after the purchase.

Now my question is still the same, where should I buy my digital camera. Is it in Europe or here in Asia? Speaking of the warranty, normally warranty of new product will be for one year from the purchase date. So for long term service, I think it does not matter anymore. Don't you think so??

Are you ready to have married life? When you decide to get marry means that you need to be ready to be independent person or at least independent couple. But I see often here that people are not ready yet to get married but they marry anyway because some of some reasons. Most of them think that they should not get married too late or when they become older (in some case they afraid they will become too old to get married).

Then what will happen next? They are not ready financially to have their own place or space. They don't have enough money for their monthly living costs and what is worst part of the story that they are not well prepared to be parent financially as well.

So what will they do? Of course, they will bother their parents to ask financial aid or help. This is really insane. I really don't like that kind of situation at all and I see it often here.

One more big surprise from my daughter when she mentioned about her new project. She is just five and a half years old now. But she already has quite brilliant idea about saving energy on electricity that we use in the house. She want to turn off the electricity that we don't need during the day and night and check what will be the difference on electricity bill later. Yes, I think I should buy book more often for my kids. My kids learned so much from reading those books. Luckily, they really love to read books. My seven years old daughter even love to read book about human body.

Since my son and daughter love books, I never forget to buy books as presents on any kind of occasions. Birthday, graduation and many more occasion that I can use to buy books for my kids.

Reading books are good for kids. Why? The tradition of reading to children and giving them good books is a healthy pass-time for the kids and helps the personal development that no child should be without.

Reading helps in different areas of a child’s mental health. Because the child spends time looking at good writing and proper spelling and grammar, reading improves writing skills. It's time to browse some stuffs online. I know that I still have enough time to do it later but I think I just want to make sure that I will get the right furniture for my house later. I would like to get a better furniture for my sleeping room as well. And I think this time I prefer to get 'luxury bedding for my room. My husband gave me a freedom to choose the style of our new bedroom in our new house later. So I would like to get the bed that I really like.

For me bed is very important especially since we will use it every day to take a break and rest after working hard in the day. So the bed should be good and preferably has comfortable mattress.

I've been wondering about it now. Can you call the video games addiction as a mental disorder? Maybe it's my mistake to buy the video game for my son. He is now playing with the games most of the time. If I see that happen, of course I will ask him to stop and take the game away. But sometimes, I am too busy to check it and he is playing just too long during the day.

I read somewhere online about this kind of addiction. Some people said that it is a kind of mental disorder as well. Birthday party will be empty without birthday gifts. At least, kids always think about getting a lot of birthday gifts when you are talking about birthday party. That's what happening here with my children. If I asked them what do they want on their birthday, they will ask birthday party. Why? Because they think that they will get a lot of gifts from the guests. And those gifts will not look attractive without creative wrapping paper.

That's why nowadays, we often see interesting papers for wrapping gifts. It does not mean those papers need to be use for birthday party only, but they also make wrapping papers for wedding, engagement,and many more occasions.

I plan to get some funny papers to wrap the birthday gifts for my daughter next month. Since she love pink, it would be great if I can find the pink paper for wrapping. Are those people realize that the trees are very important for the forests? What will happen to the earth if there will be no more trees on the forests? Sometimes, I wonder if people realize that they will be the victim as well in the future.

The groups that work on environmental fundraising action is not as many as the ones that I saw in other part of this world. So in fact, you will still see forests without trees, trees which are replaces with palm trees instead of big green trees around. We always need mosquito's repellent here. If we forget to put mosquito repellent on my kids skin, the mosquito will immediately bite them. I feel so pity to my kids and hubby if it happen. They will have skin infection immediately after they get mosquito's bite. It's a bit different than the reaction that I have. My friend is in her mid pregnancy now. But I did not really see her doing exercise or eating healthy food so far. Broken Electric Equipments

Few days ago, when I cleaned up the garage of my mom, I found plenty of broken stuffs. These also included broken electric equipments. What should I do with those things? I don't know why my mother still keep all those stuffs. She even does not intend to repair the stuffs but just leave it inside the garage. In Europe, we can bring those broken stuffs to the garbage (dump) places, the place where we can dump all the garbage including the metal and electric stuffs. But here in Asian country, they don't have such a place like that. The only thing that you can do is calling the man that collect those garbage and broken stuffs to bring it somewhere where they can sell again the metal. I did it and now the garage look a bit bigger and cleaner, although there are still more stuffs that need to be clean and dump.

I've been busy the whole week to find the solution for making powder. I used a grinder but it can only be used for small quantity of powder. If I need to make bigger quantity, it simply does not match at all. That's why I bought a disc mill. They said factories that make powder use this kind of machine. I've been trying to find and search the one that offer a service for Indonesia or Asia region but I never get any success. There was one company that already exist for so long here, but they only make a deal with a company not with personal or individual account. I don't work with company. I work with my personal bank account. And I don't have any intention to set up a company here as well. So what will be the solution for me then? Is it really impossible to offer the credit card payment for my customers when they want to buy my product?

Do you sleep with the lights on? Long time ago, I used to have no problem to fall a sleep even if the light in my room was still on. But now, I am not used to it anymore.Since I married, my husband like to sleep in the dark, without any light. And my kids will not fall asleep before I turn the big light in their room off. So I think I adapt that kind of pattern and behavior. If the light in the room still on, I will have a hard time to fall asleep.

We think we already need to get some certification of our products. If we want to sell our products abroad, we also need to do some Test for mold in order to fill the requirements to export our products.

That's why I've been busy lately to find around for a company that offer the service that I need. At least, they should have Mold detector to do the test. It does not matter what kind of method that they will use to test my products. As long as they use the right Mold test kits to get the right measurement, I will be fine.

I don't think the price to do this test will be expensive. Beside, it is an important step as well for us. So we should not make a problem out of it.

We expect to sell more products in the next coming months. I hope that will push through. But if that will be the case, it means that I will get more busy than now. Maybe I will get less sleep as well. Well, life has many choices. I think I should not complaint at all if our sales will go up but I should be happy after all.

Storing Pictures

I've been taking a lot of pictures lately. Either using my blackberry device or the camera that I borrow from my husband. Now my question is where should I store those pictures? I am a clumsy person. If I will store the pictures in a disc, I am sure I will forget to put the disc in the right place. I Got Motion Sickness

Few days ago, for the first time I put my self inside the fishing boat for a very short trip. My kids would like to know how to do fishing on the sea. Since we had the chance on our holiday to do that, my husband rent a boat then we went for fishing. I think the waves were pretty strong enough that time. Luckily, the kids were survive. They were enjoying the boat trip through the small rough waves but not with me. I got motion sickness on the boat. I asked my hubby few times to go back to the harbor. Hubby enjoyed with the fishing. So what I did was taking a pill to lower the motion sickness that I had. But I don't think that it helped a lot. I was lucky because it was just a short trip. I think I will get really sick if it will be a long trip with boat.

And so far, I am thinking that Asia need to have a better airport transportation. I believe that the United States has better service when you talk about airport's transportation. I wonder if my customer will understand a bit if there will be shipping delay by the end of this week. Oh No... not again. Why do I still bother my self to find the right size shoes for me? I have a very big size number for the people here. Most women are wearing small sizes shoes. I have to admit most of them that work in government office are working so slow. Well, I don't judge by nothing. Few weeks ago, I was able to manage bringing my laptop to the service center. I choose the official service center cause I don't want to get another trouble anymore with my laptop after repairing it. I Wish We Had Tile Removal Equipment

I still remember few years ago when we had to remove the tiles from the room in the house. There was a small room that we want to make as baby room. And we would like to put wooden floor there. We did not have 'tile removal equipment at that time. So my husband needed to use a small tool which was not an easy tool to remove the tiles. Lucky us that we did not have to do a lot part because of the small size of the room. My husband could finished it in few days. Maybe it would be useful if that time we could have floor grinder. His work probably can be much easier. Oh well, we did it anyway. We made such a cute room for our first baby. I was so proud of my self because I could paint the room my self.

And for the other room that we used as our sleeping room, we did not really do a lot. My husband only used concrete polishing to make the room look better than before. Actually, it would be great if we can use the wooden floor as well in our sleeping room. But the price of that kind of floor was not acceptable for our budget at that time. So we were just trying to make the room nicer without spending too much money on it.

Being obsessed to have skinny body is not really that good. Why? Because then you can get few kind of disease or eating disorder behavior. For example, people can have anorexia or bulimia disorder because of the same reason. I don't want to have like that in my life. Although same people still can get it even they actually don't expect that.

People with those kind of disorders can be cured. As long as they get the right treatment for it. For example, if they have bulimia, they should get Bulimia treatments. Probably they need to follow the strict rules if they really want to stop their eating disorder problem.
There are other eating disorder treatments that people know. Another treatments which is somewhat known nowadays is anorexia treatment.

Your health is very important. So whenever you think that you need to get the health treatment for your eating disorder, you should immediately start to get the help from someone that know better about the treatments. It is better to start it as soon as you can.

I know a friend that can already stop her eating disorder. She is now look better and healthier than before. And she is very happy to see what she already achieved so far. And I saw her one time few weeks ago, she was really enthusiast to tell the whole story about the treatment that she is following now. I think she really got what she want. Her life really changed a lot especially when she realize that she can live healthier now. It's good to see her like that. I am happy for her too.

Communicating With Workers Abroad

I can't imagine how much money that I should pay for the telephone bill if we can't use Audio conference to communicate with our workers that located in the other areas.

Sometimes, we need to talk about many things for our business. And it can take more than half an hour if I need to explain what they need to do there. That's why Audio conference is the easiest and the cheapest way to have meeting with the workers.

We also think to use Video conference, but the equipments in some locations where the workers stay are not complete yet. So we can't use visual video for our communication at this moment. But we are planning to do it in the future. I think that will be better as well.
I think we also need to put few cameras in few location if we want to do video conferencing with our workers. They already asked for the equipments but we did not provide for them yet since we are busy with another project at this moment. Let's hope that we can finish the project soon so I can start to prepare the equipments that we need for those workers. Once it's ready, we can start to do video conferencing when it's needed.

Few years ago, my husband and I had a small bar an pool table business. We had a small cafe as well inside this entertainment place. Most of the equipments that we used there were quite modern. We just want to know for sure that we get good quality products for our cafe and restaurant.
We also made a good impression on the the bar equipment. That's because we used the good quality ones as well on on our bar and cafe.

Yesterday, I was a bit pissed with the connection that I got on my phone. I did not get connection for internet, or other applications that I normally do in my Blackberry phone. I don't know what's going on there.

A House With Swimming Pool

It is our dream to have a house with our own swimming pool. We really love to have it since we all like to swim. Although sometimes we just like to play with the water in the pool.

I just hope that one day we can catch our dream. It would be a miracle for us.

If we will have a house with a swimming pool, for sure we should think about few important things regarding the pool itself. For example, it would be better if we also have inflatable pool cover in our backyard pool. I saw many swimming pool are using it already nowadays. I don't know yet about the price but I guess it will not be too expensive. I can try to search online more information about it and try to get the best one for a good deal price.

Other thing that I should have for my swimming pool is a filter. If the water in the area where we want to have our pool is not so clean. It could be wise if we put water filter there. There are many type a pool filters that we can choose. Ask the expert for the type of filter which will be fit for the swimming pool.

I read somewhere that we can also use intex a filter to filter the water that we want to use inside the swimming pool. Let's try to find out first how that work since I still have no idea about it. I only read a little information about it but so far this filter sounds good to have in our swimming pool. But some friends already gave me reference for those things. I just need to find more time to search and browse about it before making a decision later on.

The Water Came Inside

I was driving the car when I had to cross the street which is flooded by the water from the rain. I was already wondering if I could make it to the other side. I had no choice. I made it to the other side but after few minutes driving, the engine started to stop. I drove an automatic car so it is impossible to push the car if the engine does not start anymore.

After trying few times my self, I decided to call the nearest car garage to help me out with this problem. Luckily, I am now living in this crowded town where everything still open on Sunday. They came to the location, and fixed my car. I was able to come back home.

I heard so often that my hubby get stomach pain. I was wondering why it happen so often. I thought I already tried to cook as clean as possible, and did not buy food from dirty place that has dirty kitchen. I am trying to think hard what can caused that stomach pain problem on him. Today, I found interesting information regarding that matter. I read in some sites that drinking beer can caused stomach pain as allergic reaction.

They called it as Celiac disease. People suffering celiac disease are sensitive to gluten found in wheat, rye, and barley, which are all used in making beer. Reactions to gluten consumption easily mistaken for a beer allergy are gastrointestinal upsets, including diarrhea and stomach pain. Could it be the reason why my hubby often get stomach pain?

I am not sure if my hubby realize this or not. Probably he know but he just can't stop drinking beer.

Plan To Move Back Again

Husband and I already started to make future plans. We think that it will be good for the kids and us to go back to his country in few years from now. We know that we can do business again there although the speed of the turn over will not be the same as we have in the country where we live now.

But for our live, we agreed that his country is much more promising especially since we can get many great services there.

So maybe we should think to get installment loans when we want to start again our business there. I read somewhere that we can get that kind of loans easier nowadays. Some people also wrote about easy personal loans. They can get bad credit personal loans even they have bad credit history in their past. I wonder if the process will not be too long. I am still trying to find car dealer here. We think that it would be useful if we buy another car for our business. Gasoline Crisis in Few Cities

Few days ago, I read this big topic on the newspaper. It does not happen in general among the countries but it was quite shocking to see that the gasoline price was raising 3 times more expensive in one of the city in Borneo island. The actual price of the gasoline is around 5 dollar per litter but on that day, there was an error on gasoline distribution so their tanks were not filled properly. The people even needed to wait and queue in order to tank their vehicles in the tank station. Some people said that they needed to wait in a row for more than two hours. This was a bit too long. I hope this will never happen again.

Kids Like To Watch Cartoon

There are plenty toys which are lying on their playing room. I think their grandparents really spoiled the kids by buying a lot of toys. And they still continue to do that especially when the kids will have birthday. My son will have his birthday very soon. My husband and I are thinking very hard about the gift that I should buy for him. Last year, he got DVD player from his grandparent that's why they have their freedom to use it when they want to watch their cartoons movies. And his uncle also gave Digimon DVD for him. I am not so sure which DVD that he got from my brother. I think I saw one time on the package of the DVD about Digimon Season 1 , I guess there is also other season of these series. Let's see if I can find it for my son. At least, it can be a good DVD collection for him if I can find any of the series.

I don't mind to let them watch movies on DVD especially if they do that after they finish their homework and tasks. It's like a breaking time for them if they do that. They've been busy at school, they also should get their chance for relax time by enjoying their DVD movies.

Louzy Service From Shipping Company

I am now waiting for a package to be ship to my house. I have been told by the person who sent the package that they were using Holiday Service which means that the package will be sent on Sunday. But until today, I 've been waiting for the package and it is not here yet. I don't know anymore if they really care about customer satisfaction. They don't really care about their customers probably since there is no information what soever about my package. Their website is unreachable already for a week. And no body contact me about my package. What kind of shipping company is this? I really hate to deal with this kind of company. Have you ever face a problem to find some information about existing business when you need to contact them? I have this kind of problem so often in Asia. Why? Because there are still many businesses and companies are not registering their information online where people can search and see their information and contact numbers. So whenever you need to contact them, you really have no clue how to do it since you can't find and search their phone number online.

I wish they have special site that we can use to search those kind of information just like what they have in the United States. For example, if you are looking for Manchester pizza delivery service, you can just search for pizza Manchester and get the contact number to order your pizza from their delivery services. Or when you need to find banks Manchester because you want to open an account with the bank, you can also find the number of their customer services easily from the Internet.

I guess that can be so simple to do as long as the people in that area are using internet already. And since in my own country, people are starting to use internet more and more, why don't they try to have something like that?

If I try to search information about local business from the Internet at this time, I normally only get a site which has ads everywhere but it does not really show the exact information that I really need. I guess the people that make the site just want to make a spam site. And after spending sometimes to search online, I never get the information that I need. It is irritating to have something like this all the time.

But I guess in the US, you will not have similar experience as I have.

I am still talking about accepting credit card payments for business. I wish this can be easy to set up. Just like in other country where you can just register online to some professional companies that have few kind of merchant account types to offer to their customers. If it will be like that, I am sure that I will attract more customers to order my products online because they can pay me easier to buy the products.

We know that people is following the credit card trends more and more nowadays. And it is also not so difficult to get new credit card for some people especially if they already have saving account in a bank institution.

That's why you see more and more people are using credit card for their payment option system whenever they try to do online transactions.

International Roaming Is Not Working

Argh, this was not on my plan. I am in another country now, I was hoping that I can still get in contact with some suppliers and customers even I am now on holiday. But guess what, I could not get any signal. Probably because I am using prepaid card number, I did not register to their customer service for international roaming. Now, I can't do anything about it. I thought it should be automatic that they open the connection to international roaming. This is really S**K. Not really professional at all if I have to contact the customer service first to open the service for international roaming whenever I am abroad.

Learning English

Even I can read, write and talk English, I still think that my English is not really that good. I believe that I still need to learn more about it. English is my second language. I am using it now every day because my husband is coming from other country and the only language that we both can speak is the English language. That's why we are using English language in our family as well.

Although I am using the language, I still want to get my TEFL Certification. I think I can also get it if I follow the online English course. A friend of mine told me that I should check more information about TEFL Course. They offer a program which is called Online TEFL Course. We can follow the course online and the certificate at the end of the program.
This is an interesting course especially for a busy person that does not really have a lot of time to follow a course in a kind of class.

I will try to find more information about it. And when I get all the information that I need, I will decide when I will join the program.

IPhone Still Expensive

Few months ago, I was thinking to change my cellphone into Blackberry phone. But I did not do it yet since I really did not have a lot of time to go to the store and choose the right Blackberry for me. Then now, I am not sure anymore whether I really want Blackberry. I saw an ads about iPhone then I am thinking that iPhone is also an interesting device to use. But the price of an iPhone is still very expensive here. It can be three times the price of the cheapest Blackberry phone. I am not sure anymore if my husband will allow me to buy iPhone especially if he will know the price of it. Hmmmmm.... what should I do now?

Having Small Business

Do you ever think to have a small business in your house? When we still lived in Europe, I was thinking to start a small business my self in the house. But I only an think to have a beauty salon as a business. Why? Because I can work in my own place without leaving the kids alone or with the au-pair. That's why I tried to collect some information about how to start a salon business. Pity that it did not push through because we already had to move to other country in Asia.

I learned quite a lot about it before. I even think that I should also use good salon marketing if I want to get more customers and clients coming to my salon. A friend of mine who also studied in cosmetology schools said that she will try to help me if I will have my own beauty salon in the future. This will be great. At least I will not worry about few things if she is willing to help me. She know more than I do about this kind of business. She is my best friend. And I really appreciate for her offer to help me when I want to set up this business.

What will you say if you see some big trees in your neighborhood are being cut? I don't think they understand so well about the concept of " Save The Planet " if they cut those trees even they will say that they have reason for that. I did not ask them about the reason because I know that it will be useless thing to do here. But in the back of my mind, I just can say that they are the most stupid person in the world. Probably they will say that they cut the big trees because they afraid that the big branches of the trees will break and fall down when there will be big rain and wind. But they can just cut the branches not the whole trees, don't you think so? I am very pissed at this moment about this thing but I can do nothing about it.
